Avuá Bálsamo Cachaça is hand-crafted and aged up to two years in bálsamo wood casks, a high density, burgundy colored hardwood native to South and Central America. Offered in in both the silver Prata, and Amburana aged expression. Avuá Bálsamo Cachaça represents a unique aspect of Brazilian Cachaça production, distinguished by the use of wooden barrels for aging. The brand respects and produces traditional Brazilian cachaça-making techniques and cultivars for distinctive flavor. This unique dish, already made with oak tree, demonstrates the brand’s commitment to preserving Brazil’s rich brewing heritage and finding new ways to find rich flavors in Cachaça.
