Bayou Spiced Rum is a skillfully homemade product from the molasses of sugarcanes found in the delta of the Mississippi River. After a complex distilling process, the rum is blended with Louisianan Creole baking which contains three distinct flavors vanilla, sweet figs, and cinnamon. It is crafted at the Bayou® Rum Distiller. Who opened their door in Lacassine, LA. Utilizing traditional methods with state-of-the-art technology from fermentation through distillation, maturation and bottling, Bayou Rum has earned its title of #1 Craft Rum in America. It is then rested with Creole Spice for 30 days to give it the finest taste and deep amber color. The Bayou Spiced Rum can be consumed neat or in a blended form with a cocktail.
