I purchased a mini bottle of Blanton’s for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, the box was in perfect condition and the bottle was wrapped excessively in bubble wrap and plastic wrap. As I was unwrapping the bottle, I could see and feel moisture. The seal was completely cracked. The labels were wet and peeling and about 1/3 of the bottle had leaked. I reached out to customer service and was told I could not get a refund or replacement because I didn’t purchase shipping insurance. But, I’m fairly certain I checked the box. Either way, shipping insurance covers shipping damage and I strongly feel the bottle was damaged prior to, during the wrapping process. It’s heart breaking that this happens at Christmas and “oh well, better luck next time” is the basic thought process. I’m very disappointed!!

I was very disappointed in paying 69. 00 for a 15.99 dollar bottle of bourbon. Next time take the price off the bottles. I feel ripped off. I will not buy from you again.

I was really excited about this cause I love Blantons but I ordered 3 one was nice no peeling or label scratched up but the other two lol seals broken label ripped up I woulda bought more if my other ones didn’t come so messed up. But the process was super fast and easy and they got to me pretty fast.

I was disappointed that the miniature bottle arrived having leaked in transit. The miniature bottle was about half empty on arrival. The two full size Blanton flasks were well sealed and arrived without any leakage. As to the product and service everything was excellent. Something may need to change with how the miniature is shipped. I actually had not planned to consume the minature content but to place this on my bar with the larger flasks.
