Buffalo Trace is rich and complex, with pleasantly sweet hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate.

Sazerac Rye is rich and complex with cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel on the front. Mid-palate features plum, raisin, anise, mint, oak, and clove on the back. Finished with lengthy linger of black pepper, cinnamon, and rye spice before moving to vanilla, oak, and anise.

Bourbon Cream is rich and sweet with creamy vanilla flavor and salted caramel notes.

White Dog Mash #1 has rich notes of corn that coats the tongue with oil and vanilla that has an herbaceous finish.
