Calumet Farm Bourbon Whiskey has an aroma of sweet caramel, baking spices and oak. Slight sweet notes of butterscotch, vanilla, toffee and brown sugar on the palate. The finish is full and warming, with hints of spicy chili peppers and nutmeg.

History
Calumet Farm Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in small batches with a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged in well-toasted casks with a deep #4 char, accounting for the natural dark color and slight smokiness on the palate. All barrels used are aged in a single, center cut rack from the ideal maturation location and conditions inside the rick house. It is Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color this pays homage to Wright's beautiful farm and his tradition of breeding winners.
