History
Captain Morgan is crafted in a company founded in 1944. The Captain Morgan Rum Company, founded by Seagram's when it bought the rights to produce a spiced rum recipe from a Jamaican pharmacy run by the Levy Brothers. It is aged for at least two years in charred oak barrels for that heavenly oak finish, before being blended according to our very own secret recipe.
