Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whiskey is slightly fruity with sweet notes of orange, vanilla, caramel and honey, toasted marshmallow, crème Brulee, peaches and soft rye spices dominate the palate, and are complemented by a soft undertone of oak. Finish is very well well-balanced.

History
Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whiskey is crafted to reinvent the Canadian whisky category. It is the first single-barrel Canadian whisky since the 19th century. It is aged in oak barrels and bottled on 80% proof with a Blanton's style topper of either a moose or maple leaf.
