Taste
Cinpatrazzo Amaro is a delightful liqueur that embodies the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. Originating in Italy, it captures the essence of Italian bitter wines, showcasing a well-chosen blend of herbs and botanicals that tantalize the senses. The experience begins with a smooth and herbaceous profile, complemented by refreshing aromas of citrus. On the palate, one can savor a harmonious blend of vanilla, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate, creating a complex yet balanced flavor. The finish is robust and flavorful, with lingering hints of coffee notes that elegantly dance on the backend of the palate, making it a perfect after-dinner drink.
History
Cinpatrazzo Amaro is named after the founders and the Italian word Razzo, which technically translates to rocket and is also a name for arugula. The arugula is grown at Urban Till, a Chicago hydroponics farm, emphasizing the brand's commitment to local and sustainable sourcing. Many of the 19 botanicals used in this unique amaro are also sourced from local farms and organic suppliers, ensuring freshness and quality. The amaro is handcrafted by steeping botanicals in grain neutral spirits, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully. Perfectly ripe Seville oranges are added to provide a full flavor experience that balances sweetness and bitterness. To enhance this complexity, Amaro Cinpatrazzo is then steeped with Stover's honey as a simple syrup, filtered, and bottled, resulting in a rich and aromatic herbal liqueur that is perfect for sipping or mixing.
