Clase Azul Puebla Limited Edition is fragrant and floral with prominent notes of cooked agave, licorice, toffee, coffee beans, cinnamon, agave syrup, black-berries, blueberry jam, cocoa, raisins and cinnamon​ , Blended with hints of toasted oak, nutmeg, cacao, orange peel, vanilla, and raisins. The finish is long and strong with flavors of butterscotch and crystallized honey, finishing with light citrus.

History
Clase Azul Puebla Limited Edition is a limited edition Tequila that is an extra aged tequila matured in antique French oak barrels, specifically crafted for this limited edition run of only 300 bottles. Clase Azul Puebla celebrates the true historic significance of Cinco de Mayo, and the cultural exchange between Mexico and France that resulted from the fateful Battle of Puebla. This European influence is an integral part of our culture, and it has become more evident in places like the state of Puebla. Our limited edition is a piece of art with vast historical connotations that accentuate the importance of cultural blends, captured in its sublime flavor and its striking decanter. Clase Azul Puebla distinctive decanter decoration is inspired by Puebla’s rich cultural history. It features delicate workmanship, bright cobalt and yellow colors, and floral shapes. Our artisans illustrated the French symbol of luxury: the fleur de lis, and the Mexican Agave––a symbol of health and fertility for some of our indigenous cultures. A perfect example of how the contributions of different cultures can create a masterpiece.
