History
Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is a unique tequila crafted with tradition in mind. It is produced with agave grown in Los altos de Jalisco Mexico. This agave is cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open air wooden tanks, and then double distilled in copper pot stills. This tequila is unaged to maintain its purity, it is then bottled in hand-blown bottles, also produced in Mexico.
