History
George Dickel Barrel Select Whiskey is a unique bourbon goes through a unique aging process. It matures in sigle barrels before finishing in a used wine barrel, giving it complexity and character. It is crafted with 10 barrels which are hand-selected by our Distiller for this small-batch handcrafted whisky. It is then aged between 10 and 12 years. This unique charcoal mellowing and aging process imparts a smooth, premium whisky that stands in a class all by itself.
