History
Highclere Castle London Dry Gin is a unique gin with a taste profile that is referred to as, from "garden to glass", reflecting the spirit of the Highclere estate. The infusions are largely what you would expect in a London Dry — juniper (of course), lavender, orange zest, lime flower, cardamom, cassia, angelica, and coriander are there. Highclere’s famously grown oats were infused in the blend, which is fairly unique and softens the finish. It’s bottled at a very respectable 43.5% ABV. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not call attention to the lovely, square, purple-glass bottle with an image of the castle placed high and proud.
