Los Vecinos del Campo Maguey Joven Tobala Mezcal Artesanal is a light and refined Mezcal Joven that encompasses the tradition and passion of the iconic Artisanal Mezcals which provide you a rich and more complex profile then tequila. It is filled with earthy aromas on the nose. The palate is floral and fragrant with undertones of citrus zest. The finish is tropical with fruits like mango and apple, with a faint spiced finish.
History
Los Vecinos del Campo Maguey Joven Tobala Mezcal Artesanal is a Mezcal distilled from the agave plant. Tequila is a mezcal, but tequila producers remove the agave solids before they distill. Tequila distillers put just the fermented juice into their stills, but artisan mezcal distillers include the fermented agave solids, so that well-made artisan mezcals from Oaxaca are richer and more complex than tequila. The agave used to make this premium mezcal were roasted in an underground ovens, then the pineapples are crushed, and fermented, before being distilled and bottled in this unique bottle.
