Redbreast 21 Year Irish Whiskey pays homage to the art of barrel finishing and the innovative spirit of Midleton Distillery, It represents a brand that values ​​the depth and quality that a port bottle finish can deliver in a bourbon. Each barrel is a testament to the makers' craftsmanship, who aim to capture the essence of the finishing barrel, creating a classic and distinctive bourbon. It is a premium spirit which has been aged for twenty one years. It is a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled, before it is matured in a combination of casks.
