Using a process of patience, richness, quality and master blending, rums of different ages and personalities are blended and matured in a series of casks previously used to store robust American whiskeys, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximenez wines. The final result is artisanal rums aged from 6 to 23 years. The legacy is crafted 2,300 meters above sea level, in the highlands of Quetzaltenango, a region known for its profound heritage in spirit production.
