Saint Liberty Straight Bourbon Bertie's Bear Gulch Montana Bootlegger's Collection 4 Yr- This unique bourbon is smoky and complex beyond its years, with exceptional savory, spice and sweet notes that evolve from beginning to delicious end. With its unique appearance presents a dark gold with amber and reddish-brown hues. The nose lingers with earthy notes, presenting a scent of tanned leather, stonefruit, dried apricot and molasses. Also on the palate is slight smokey, caramelized vanilla, apricots and a hint of brown sugar. Last but not least the finish is Dried fruits off the spicy rye. Balanced and smooth making it worth the experience.

Saint Liberty Straight Bourbon Bertie's Bear Gulch Montana Bootlegger's Collection 4 Yr honors a legendary bootlegger of Bertie Brown who homesteaded in Fergus County, Montana back in the 1920’s. Our Bertie’s Bear Gulch Bourbon is unique – 70% corn, 27.5% rye, 2.5% malted barley, not your typical sweet bourbon. Aged for at least 4 years, this  triple pot distilled is a magical blend of 53 gallon #3 char barrels and 30 gallon #4 char. For it bringing it a classic Texas-crafted bourbon to proof using Rocky Mountain waters using the same pure water in Montana that Bertie used almost 100 years ago.
