Senorio Mezcal Añejo is crafted using time-honored techniques and handpicked agave, Señorio Mezcal captures Mexico's agave-rich lands' authentic flavors and aromas, combining tradition and innovation in one sip. It is smoky and complex with profound aromas of charred agave. The palate is sweet with profound herbaceous hints mingled with hints of vanilla. The finish is earthy with vibrant notes of vegetables and spicy cooked agave.
History
Senorio Mezcal Añejo is a unique Mezcal crafted from a blend of two mezcals to create the Harmonious Spirit. This tequila is crafted with agave that has been aged from 6 to 8 years and cooked “the old fashioned way” in stone ovens. It is then twice distilled and aged in white American oak barrels, before being bottled at 80 proof.
