It was founded in 1982, as a distillery  with a unique operation that makes a range of craft spirits. It is a 65,000-square-foot hangar with a spectacular tasting room, laboratory, and a lineup of copper stills. They grew for over 37 years with consistency hiring one person at a time, and adding one copper still at a time.
