Yellow Rose Distilling Rye Whiskey is sweet with aromas of brown sugar. Joined by mellow vanilla, and pine forest hints. The finish is light with a sweetness of syrup, along with pepper, and a touch of mint. Outlaw Bourbon is fully flavored with warm caramel, and vanilla overtones. The traditional pot still helps us produce a true small-batch whiskey. One sip, and we think you’ll agree you’ve never had anything like it.

History
Yellow Rose Distilling Rye Whiskey is produced with tradition in mind. This small batch whisky is a limited-production spirit crafted from 95% rye, and is completely hand-selected, blended and bottled in Texas. Launched in the Texas market 2012, after years of hard work, and dedication, they are proud to be Houston's First Legal Whiskey Distillery. Yellow Rose Whiskey starts in Texas soil, with Texas grains, and grown by Texas farmers.
