This one is smooth and silky with prominent notes of cooked agave, and sweet vanilla. Slight hints of maple, caramel, and honey.

History
Don Cayo Añejo is a rich, sensory delight that transports you to the heart of Mexico. It is a unique spirit that is produced from 100% Tequilana Weber agave which is grown in Jalisco, Mexico. After the agave is harvested, the piña or heart of the plant is then cooked in stone and brick ovens, and twice distilled in stainless steel tanks. This Añejo is then aged 20 months in French white oak barrels.
