Distilled at Venice Spirits, located in Santa Cruz, California, this exceptional rye whiskey is crafted from a carefully selected mash of 60% organic rye, alongside corn, wheat, and barley. Using an alembic still for distillation, it captures the rich flavors inherent in the grains.
