Blinking Owl Aquavit is smooth and fragrant with refreshing notes of caraway. Blended with notes of rye bread but in spirit form. The herbaceous flavor is supported by other aromatics like dill, fennel, anise, and clove for a smooth finish.

History
Blinking Owl Aquavit was crafted from our base spirit with wheat and malted barley, we macerated with 10 gorgeous organic botanicals. The primary flavors of our Aquavit are Caraway, Dill, and Hibiscus (the Flower of Santa Ana). You’ll have to guess the rest!
